These party options and conditions apply at both locations. The times below are for hire, not the cafés’ regular opening hours.

For more than 30 guests, please ask for a quote. There is a 30-minute grace period before and after your booking.
Set up either outside beside the café or inside the marquee behind it, not both. In very poor weather, an outdoor setup moves to the marquee. A small Bluetooth speaker may be used outside; PA systems or amplified music are not allowed for kids’ parties.

Food & bar
Drinks & catering
The premises are licensed for wine, beer and cocktails. All drinks must be bought on site; corkage is not available. Catering is available — ask us about menus and prices. Bringing your own catering carries a £50 surcharge.
Facilities
What’s included & extras
Furniture, heating and cleaning are included. Electricity is provided if needed. A PA system can be hired for £120, with noise levels controlled by us. PA systems and amplified music are not allowed for kids’ parties. Additional marquee space for smaller parties is £50.

What to bring
Party invitations, tablecloths, paper plates, disposable cups and cutlery are not provided. There is no kitchen access, but a microwave is available.

Terms
Booking conditions
- Full payment is required before the event. Extra hours, cleaning or damage charges are invoiced afterwards.
- Cancellations within seven days of the event may incur a charge. Please contact us before cancelling so we can confirm the terms that apply to your booking.
- Please leave the premises clean. Excessive mess or misuse carries a £50 cleaning surcharge; damage is billed to the client.
- Music and noise must follow local regulations. Pavilion doors must close and remain closed by 10pm to reduce noise disturbance.
- Party poppers, glitter, popcorn, smoke machines and similar items are not permitted.
- Guests must comply with licensing, safety and park regulations. Permission is required to drive into the park.
