Cookies & privacy
We keep this simple. The Pavilion website does not track you or sell your data. A few things we embed from other companies — the court booking calendars and the maps — can set their own cookies.
Cookies we set ourselves
Almost none. The only thing we store on your device is a small note remembering that you have seen our cookie message, so it does not keep reappearing. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.
Court booking calendars
Our live availability and booking pages are provided by ClubSpark (LTA). When you view or use a booking calendar, ClubSpark may set its own cookies so the booking system works and remembers your session.
Maps
The maps showing Oliver Tambo Recreation Ground and Bruce Castle Park are provided by Google Maps. Google may set cookies when a map loads.
Links to other services
Buttons that take you to Matchspace, Instagram or WhatsApp hand you over to those companies, who each have their own cookie and privacy policies.
Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking cookies from ClubSpark or Google may stop the booking calendars or maps from working properly.
Your enquiries
When you send a hire enquiry we receive your name, email address, the venue you chose and your message, so we can reply. We use it for that reply and nothing else, and we do not pass it on to anyone.
