Cardio Tennis is a system designed to bring a high level cardiovascular workout into the world of tennis, incorporating the game you know and love with games and activities that keep you moving, burning calories and improving your footwork and hand/eye coordination.  Playing tennis is a workout in itself, but Cardio Tennis takes it to another level by:

  • Getting your heart rate to levels optimal for achieving a solid cardiovascular workout and keeping it there for the duration of the session
  • Ensuring you’ll receive the maximum benefits of the session through heart rate monitoring
  • Leveling the playing field through the use of transition balls, making it easier for players of all ability levels to play together
  • Enhancing the workout experience with high energy fitness music
